· Experience with international curriculum: experience with (parts of) our curriculum (which includes Math no Problem / IPC / Talk for writing) is a plus

· Strategic Vision: Ability to see the bigger picture and guide long-term development.

· Decisiveness and Courage: Confidence to make clear, transparent decisions—even when challenging.

· Strong People Skills: Expertise in managing group dynamics and creating a positive team culture.

· Strong Financial Skills: Knowledge (and experience) about management in terms of financial planning, accounting and maintaining a healthy financial budget

· International Mindset: Experience in international education and sensitivity to diverse cultural perspectives. Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
